Shipping policy

We provide FREE shipping of all products across India, for all purchases of any value, both for COD & Prepaid orders. We also give a FREE Product with all PREPAID orders. Please note that standard warranty of 3 years does not apply to free gift items.

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 24 working hours of the order and delivered in 4-5 working days from shipping. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
In the unlikely event, that we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, subject to the reasons not in our hands, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

COD orders will be processed only after confirmation of address by the customer. If the address is not confirmed by the customer within 3 days of placing the order, we will have to terminate the order placed. Also, COD orders will be cancelled if the address provided seems incorrect. 

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 87777 60239 (Time: 11 a.m - 7 p.m except Sunday and National holidays) and for WhatsApp only - 87777 60239  or mail us at customercare@salankaracreation.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
